First my beardie is just over a year old and has not been with a male. She is housed in a 55 gallon tank with a repti-sun 10.0 and a GE energy revel for her basking light. Her temps are between 105-115F depending on if we have the air conditioning on in the house. She is on tile flooring and bathes every other day with a BM almost every bath. Her diet is a mix of bagged baby greens, mustard greens, very little spinach and whatever random fruit and veggies we have for the day. Usually peas, squash, broccoli, green pepper, grapes, celery, cucumber and apples. She also loves superworms. She gets crickets about once a month and dubia whenever I remember to sort the bins and find her size. I know she may not be getting enough protein with mostly superworms.
I came home yesterday and there was something white/yellow sprayed accross the tank glass. I tried to check her thinking she threw up, she black bearded me so I just lifted her cave off of her. There were 15 eggs in there and she was working on more. I cleaned up the ones in the tank and checked them, none were cracked or leaking and I found no empty shells. Later she layed one more and seemed done. I put her is the bath and noticed there was yolk all over her mouth, nose and beard. I was able to clean the beard without getting bit but she would not let me touch her mouth or nose. There is even yolk in her nostrils. So my questions are, 1-how can I clean yolk out of her nostrils or do I even need to? 2-Is low protein the reason she ate her egg(s)? 3- What is the best foods too fill her with now? On hand I have dubia, superworms, pinkies and all the fruit/vegg listed above. I am willing to order something else if I need to though. So far today she ate about 10 bites of greens with extra calcium powder and 6 superworms. I did have to hand feed her as she has not moved from the hot side of her tank but she did seam to have lots of energy to munch the superworms. Thanks for any help or ideas you can share!

Someone may correct me here but I don't think you gal ate her eggs, she was probably going through the motions of burying them by butting them with her head very hard. Thats what they do to pack the dirt down around their eggs. She probably just broke an egg or two open in the process. Hopefully...

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
