screen top vs glass?

Hey! I recently rescued a Beardie and I'm currently converting a 6 foot long display case for her enclosure. Am I correct that I can use the glass top as long as the lights are inside the enclosure, and I have vents on the sides to allow for air flow?

You want to watch temps w/ a enclosed glass temps --- it can get very hot inside -- I personally would go w/ a screen top so you dont run the risk of having it get too hot inside
