Scared or Exploring?

I usually take Nazar out when I'm doing homework, she will smell my keyboard and try eating my screen and generally stay in my line of sight, thought the past few times I've taken her out she will stand up as if shes hunting and just run? I took her up on my bed for instance ( I'm on a top bunk) and she did her usual thing, smelling my laptop and chilling on the warm speaker, but then she suddenly stood up and tries running into the actual bed? I'd let her if my dog wasn't up here with me (she didn't see him) and I wasn't so high up, but I want to know if this is something I should be worried about? My friend told me that lizards only stand when they're scared but I'm thinking she might just be excited and trying to explore?

It sounds like curiosity/exploration to me too. They tend to get excited if they find something worthwhile to investigate. From what I've seen they get skittish and tend more to hide when they are scared.
