Scales look separated?

So my bearded dragon has been shedding parts of his tail when I saw that his upper tail that connects to his body has this thing where it look like his scales are stretched apart farther than normal?? Is this just early signs of shedding there or should I be worried about this?

It's just the coring, perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. Looks pretty cool if you really look at it.
