Scale rot on the tail?

Attached below is a photo of my Dragon's tail. Some of the scales seem softer, a little dry, and sometimes they flake off. We have tile for the enclosure and soil substrate for her dig box. Occasionally she will drag her body through her fecal matter. Obviously this gets cleaned off.

To me it seemed as though her tail was just dirty from being in her dig box and this has slowly been progressing over the past few weeks.

We have an appointment on Monday with an exotic vet, but in the meantime I would like to get some opinions so that way maybe my partner and I can get a little bit of peace of mind. Please and thank you.

Hello,

I agree, normal scale discoloration, dry scales. You can try using a soft toothbrush to help
gently scrub the scales, if needed.

I have questions about bubbles on our bearded dragons eye.

So he’s gotten bubbles on his eye. We wiped them off and it’s only been twice in the last few weeks. Should we be concerned? No coughing or congestion. He’s very hungry and sleeps well. He’s 8-9 month range. His humidity is 30-40 day time and as high as 50-55 at night to early morning.
Should we be concerned?
