Sandstone Flooring??

most everyone here will say do not use sand as a substrate. Loose sand can become a impact for your beardies. As for the sandstone, that should be fine but the only thing I would personally appose to sandstone is that it is very porous, and bacteria, part of their droppings etc can be "soaked" into the stone making it a stinking mess, and may cause bacteria issues. If you do go with a sandstone as a substrate, look at having it sealed, but make sure the sealant is not toxic. Another thing you can think of is if you like the look of sandstone, I am sure they have non-porous "tile" in the sandstone look or other materials that will look like sandstone.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
