Rolling of the throat and heavy breathing

I noticed for the first time today my 4month old female breath really heavy and starting to role her throat, like she was swallowing something very large. I thought maybe she was geing sick or something. She kept on doing this. I picked her up and she was fine. I placed her back down and she did it again. Is this normal? Has anyone seen this before?

She just went through a huge sheed. I mixed aloe and water and sprayed on body. Next day it was hanging off her in one sheet. I dont recall if beard was shedding, I will keep an eye out.
