when we went to the beach last weekend the beach was FILLED with rocks of all sized and shapes and colors. we gathered about half a bucket full. first i took them outside and spread them out across my driveway and sprayed them down to rid of all the sand. then i put them back in the bucket and poured a pot of boiling water over them. odd i know but when you put one in your mouth they are not salty at all. Dont judge me. 
i put them in my beardie's cage.. im not sure if i should say try it next time you go to the beach!!! or say should i take them out? either way rocks like these are like sell at walmart 5 dollars a bag for like 8 of them. lol.
