I'm sorry for your loss. What happened?

He stopped eating and drinking for awhile. It was down to force feeding w syringe and giving lots of baths. He was just very sick, tried everything.

I'm sure you did. A lot of people on this board have that problem. Again, I'm sorry Kai died. Sometimes there isn't really anything that can be done. It was that way with Redrock, only she was just over 2 years old. She had fallen off my shoulder and must have hit her head, she died 10 days later. We still miss her as all those who've lost loved beardies do.

I do have another beardie, her name is Maize she is a Hypo Yellow female 4 months around. She is doing great and eating very healthy. I am planning on getting another but needs to be around the same age as Maize and will be a male. Do you like any breaders in particular?

Keith, I'm glad you have another beardie. That does help when you loose one, even tho you still miss the one you've lost. We've been there, 2 times.

I have never bought a beardie through the mail. We both would rather hold one first before deciding. There is a breeder near us, it's called the atomic lizard ranch and it's in Bisbee AZ. I'm considering buying one from there in the future when we are ready to. I have heard good things about other breeders. I know Barbara (fresnowitte) has some new babies and other members of this site do as well.
