respiratory infection- help

so i love my beardie to death and there are no reptile vets around me. i just found out that one of my snakes has a respiratory infection and am wondering if my beardie has it. when she starts breathing heavy her lungs like they get big at her shoulders and such its kind of hard to explain. i was wondering if my beardie can get this infection from my snake and if so how can i prevent it and cure him?any advice is greatly appreciated.
