I'm looking to started feeding my beardie reptiworms. From what I understand these are also called Phoenix worms are just Black Soldier Fly larvae. I read they can last a few months if you keep them in 50-60 degree temp. Does anyone have any info on these? What kind of container do I put them in and do I put air holes in it or put anything for food in the container? The website doesn't really talk about this. Also how do you feed worms...do I put them in a bowl or just in the tank somewhere? I'm new to this so I appreciate any advice!

Hi Kaska
They are really easy to keep you just keep them in the substrate they come in. Just keep it moist no need to feed them.
There is a thread in feeders forum about growing them bigger if you want to.
You can just put them in a bowl in the enclosure they don't climb so no worries about escapee's.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
