ReptiGlo Exposure?!?!

I know a friend who UNknwingly has been giving her beardie ReptiGlo Coil bulb exposure. And though everything seems fine, could there be any negative affects unseen by the human eyes.?
What are the most negatvie things that can happen to a beardie using coil reptiGlo bulbs??
and is there anything she should be looking for as a bad sign

Photokeratoconjunctivitis (a.k.a UVB Sickness)
Symtoms: Swollen eyes, not opening eyes, inactive, not basking, not feeding.

I have used them for several years without any issues. Maybe I lucked out and had the right set up for them to work? I just started using the reptisun 10.0, but she honestly seems less perky with it. She had the worst luck with a MVB...THAT gave her the all the issues people observe with the coils

My 2 cents as someone who did NOT have a bad coil experience
