Are these okay to feed as a staple too? My cup of worms morphed into a cup of flies since Puff wasn't eating them fast enough! He LOVES to gobble them up, more so than the worms or even the dubia, though!

Haha, yes these are fine to feed. I had this same thing happen. I didn't want the flies in my apartment though so once they started morphing I got rid of the whole container.
