Redo deworming?

Both of the dragons I have recently got deworming meds and are finished with their 3 days on meds and have been for a while, but I'm pretty sure both still have worms. Steves poop is still watery, which is why I think he does still, and Sapphires poop looks normal now except I see very small things that look like tapeworm segments, like after the big ones were killed some eggs hatched and are growing and she has young tapeworms now. They haven't gone back yet to the vet for the 2nd fecal, but that'll be soon I think. Not sure when the 3 week mark is, I need to check.

But my question is it alright to give them their meds again to try a second time in killing all the worms, or should I leave it and wait for the fecal even though I'm pretty sure they still have them? Would it have any bad effects if I were to do that? I wouldn't think so, but I wanted to make sure.

Id advice going back to the vet, having the fecal screens run and letting the vet determine the best course. Assuming they are a good reptile vet they may determine a different dosing schedule or medication is called for.

Have you been maintaining excellent hygiene of the enclosures during the treatment?

I've been trying, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was something I missed. I've clean up any poop in Steves tank as soon as I see it, and Sapphire hasn't gone to the bathroom in her tank for weeks as I take her out every few days for a bath so that I can make sure she goes to the bathroom there and big in her tank, then clean the container I use as a bath tub for her right after. Would it be best to do a full clean of the tanks before I start the next treatment since they'll probably need another one? They didn't tell me to do so but thinking of it I probably should.
