It's probably raspberry then, like Selkie mentioned different foods can stain their mouths. He might have tried to chomp a bit of it, even a tiny bit can stain. Even if it were a small scratch you could just put a little raw honey on twice a day and it should heal up easily.

My dragon is a pain in the ass with greens too. Here's what I do. I would add something like mealworms or BSFL, but before adding in the bugs, use kitchen sheers to cut up his greens really fine.
This causes my dragon to accidently take a bite of greens when aiming for a bug hope that helps!
If it doesn't wipe off with a cloth then it's definitely an abrasion of some sort. That's what it looks like to me. You can try and treat it with a diluted betadine solution with a qtip twice a day. Also, applying Manuka honey everyday would help to heal it. If not, a vet visit would be in order.
