Emerson still doesn't like to be handled but Ralph seems to be happiest when he's out of his cage but I'm always worried he's going to crawl under the couch or somewhere and I won't be able to get him out. I set up an area for him in the living room with a rock and basking light but would like for him to be able to wander a little bit at least. I found the leash instructions on this forum but instead of ribbon I used suede cord. Its soft enough not to get caught on his scales but still has some traction so it doesn't slip loose through the loops.
He didn't even seem to care it was there and was still running around the living room checking things out. I'm going to give it a little more time to make sure he can't get out before bringing him outside
Rosco trying to figure out what that thing is.
