Quick question about baby food

I went to the store yesterday to buy some baby food and saw some Chicken stew and turkey stew...both have veggies and rice in them. I know veggies are good for are little friends but was wondering if the rice would hurt my dragon in any way. I thought it would be a good thing to buy as it has protein and has veggies but I am not sure about the rice thing....

Please let me know if you can...

I think you want just the plain in gravy because the others might have things in them that aren't so good.
