Question for a friend...

ok, so a friend of myine recently rehomed a bearded dragon male for her neighbor, only to find out that her neighbors female was gravid. Now she has the female, which was previously owned by a kid who had lost interest in her and didn't have any of the necessary stuff and she was in a 10 gallon tank as well. well my friend took in the female and has provided her a nesting box but we think the female has MBD as she walks on the side of her feet. our main concern since the female is starting to pass some eggs is that she will bind up. what can we do to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. P.S. I am considering taking the female in if my friend decides not to keep her. I wouldn't put her with my male, but i thought that they could see eachother and have company that way. Any advice helps!
