Question about Mulberry Farms

Is the shipping included in the feeder prices? I try to view my total and it just goes into the payment page with the price of the items I order. I don't want to fill out my paypal information if at the last minute I'm going to be charged shipping fees and can't afford it. I'm trying to order Phoenix Worms, Butter worms, and Crickets from them, and if shipping is included in the price, the prices are awesome.

I am comparising prices as well and I like their prices. I find it annoying that sites dont give out shipping charges until you give all of your personal information, including your card number. Once you do you realize that the shipping is too high, but now they have your info.

Yeah, that's why I'm trying to see if that's what happens or not.

Does anyone know if shipping is included in the feeder prices... For example I want 400 phoenix worms (4 cups of 100), and it's $19.99. Now, when I go to view my total, it stays at $19.99 and says it's the total, rather than subtotal. I can't see anymore of my cart unless I enter my paypal account. So... is $19.99 the only price I'll pay or will they sneak in the shipping charges after they get my CC info?

I do it that way with mulberry farms a lot. If you don't like the price, just close the browser and all your info goes away. I've never had any problems with them charging stuff I didn't want. I do the same with Reptilefood.com also. I have found that, for me the shipping is cheaper with mulberryfarms than it is with Reptilefood. With Mulberry Farms, I can get the stuff shipped fedex 2 day and have had very few to no deaths. With reptilefood, I must have it shipped next day. I tried 2 day once with them and had at least 50% cricket deaths. I will never use 2 day shipping with reptile food, they are to far away from me, but Mulberry farms is in Southern California and I'm in Southern Arizona.

So in other words, $19.99 isn't my final price? There is going to be shipping included after all in info goes in? It doesn't bother me, I'm just trying to shop around for prices. I just didn't like the idea of submitting my info just to find out what the final price was.

Yes, there is shipping added, and it is usually not cheap. But I do order from them and have never had any trouble.
I will go see if I can find info on any of my last orders and see what shipping was.

Ok, I couldnt find the copy of anything I had ordered recently. But you can input all of your info and it will show you the price before you actually submit the order.

We order from Mulberry Farms all of the time. As someone mentioned you can enter your info to find out what total cost is. They need that information in order to tell you how much it will be for S&H as it varies for different areas and distances from their company. I think this has something to do with them guaranteeing live delivery. The shipping and handling is based more on where you are located than what you order. I live in California where they are located so it cost me $10.03 for S&H no matter what the size of my order. So we just make sure when we place an order, we order smart. I mean we order not just the silkies and horned, etc... but also butters and phoenix as they keep longer. I can tell you this much I have always been happy with the orders I get from them.

I have found their shipping reasonable for all. The only time I got sticker shock was from superworms but then I ordered 1000 of them and they came in a big heavy box.

I went ahead and entered my info and found out that shipping to my house is very expensive through them. They are nicely priced and all, but shipping to NY is what kills it. Well, at least I tried!

Of course, Mulbarry Farms is in California. Next day and 2 day shipping is very expensive, and not just for lizard feeders.

I order from Mulberry Farms all the time and have found them to be great to deal with. I have spoken to them several times over the phone and the owner, Brian is very personable and can't ever do enough to please. Everything is guaranteed and they always send extras of each feeder. I also live in NY but I use the 2 to 3 day USPS shipping and it arrives most of the time in 2 days and I think that is quite amazing. I have used some other companies but was disappointed in the delivery time and sizes of the feeders so Mulberry will continue to get my orders.

None of your credit card or PayPal info is sent to them until you click the Submit Order button. Several times I have changed my order once I found out the total price so you can even do that after filling in the payment info. So, no worries about them getting your private info until you actually submit the order.

if you order from phoenixworm.com or wormman.com the shipping is included in the price so there are no nasty surprises @ checkout. I have ordered from Mulberry farms and had good experience but am in Nevada so the shipping for me from them is cheap.

I will never order anything from wormman.com again. I had a horrible experience and the people were by no means nice and considerate. I do order my phoenix worms directly through PW.com... but they won't ship because of temps.
