Hello,
I really do need the types of lights you are using, it makes a difference. Do you have a long flourescent tube type of light for the UVB, or a mercury vapor lamp that puts out heat & UVB? This information is important.
Also, though the 150 gallon is large, those 2 males are not going to get along. They could kill each other once they get 100% in health. Males get very aggressive towards each other. So, you will need to figure out some way to put a divider in the middle of it, halfing it between them which will be fine on the space. Then, you will need to have 2 separate setups one for each of them.
How are they doing today?
You have stick on type of thermometers that stick on the wall? You will need to get a digital probe or a temp gun, as the stick ons only really measure the ambient temps or the glass temperature. So your temps could be way off for them.
You don't really need a red light to stay on all night though, as that can disturb their sleep. If you need nighttime heating, you can use a ceramic heat emitter which gives off heat but no light.
The urates are the white portion of the stool, or their urine. If they are not excreting any of that then they are dehydrated. If it comes out hard or off colored, then they are dehydrated. The urates should be white to opaque, & soft, with sometimes a bit of off coloring to the edge. The fatpads are located on top of the head basically, on the base of the tail & under the armpits.
They will need to have calcium at least 3 times per week if they are adults.
You can post some pictures of them for us.
