Pufferfish belly??

So, the title says it - that's what it looks like to me. I saw her do it for the first time a few days ago and kind of got concerned, so I touched her and she recoiled. She's done it several times since, but I haven't tried touching her again when she's doing it.
My 12 year old said she looked it up and that it's common for dragons to do it, but I trust you guys more than random internet info! ??
So what is she doing?

Yes they do it randomly at times or if they're trying to loosen a shed. Some do it when they're being soaked, especially if the water is a bit too deep.

Haha, that's funny that some do it when being soaked - even more pufferfish like! ?
I could see why they might do it to loosen shed or in water, but are there theories about why they do it randomly?

When my bearded dragon is warm he'll puff out sometimes. As long as your beardie is still acting normal it should be fine

You think that is weird, wait till he bulges his eyes out...... that will freak you out for sure. It's all part of the shedding process.
