Problems with acricket1.com?

I have ordered over 10,000 crix from acricket1.com (aka American Cricket Ranch) without a problem. In fact I ordered once online(on a Thursday), then called them to see if they could send them asap & I got them on Saturday. They have a phone number on they're site, if you have a problem, call on the phone

I am not sure acricket1 and american cricket ranch are one and the same. I looked at contact info on both sites and it appears to be different. Also, their pricing structure is completely different. Maybe I will try american cricket ranch and see if they at least have better customer service than acricket1.
