Hey guys!
I have an exo terra light unit, the one that sits on top of the viv and then the cords go inside and hold two different reptisun 10.0 uvb bulbs. The one we have stopped working. So we ordered a new one and the new one doesn't work either. We have confirmed it has the right bulbs, etc. Customer service had no clue.
Have any of you had this happen before? Do you know of a fix or what could be wrong? It can't be coincidence that they both won't work.
