We're quite proud of our Handsome Jack and love him to pieces (even when he's being a grump or (of late) a flasher--LOL).

Yes, we're going to keep both Tara and Rex. When the herp store gave them to us we were told that they've lived together since they were hatchlings and when we take them out to play they always find their way to each other. They're both doing so much better, Tara rebounded faster than Rex but Rex is certainly catching up. Rex caught sight of Harley in his viv yesterday and gave him a super-scary mouth opened wide frill, Harley, of course, retaliated with a black beard and a series of rather impressive head bobs (LOL), it was quite a picture, wish I'd had the video camer handy :lol: . I still need to load the photos I've taken of them and get some new shots because they really do look so much better.

Ah, thats so amazing. I forgot who owns Everest, the only other frilli i know of on here, but I saw a picture of her alll frilled up and I LOVE it. It's hilarious when they do it so I bet having both of them doing their thing was hilarious. I would love a frilled, but no more room!!! haha. Well congrats with those two and I can't wait to see more pictures!

atreyu917 - Thank you! I love beagles, even if all they do is bark! I tend to mock the barking of mine when he starts going off. He get's a little mad cause he knows I'm making fun of him. They are so unbelievably smart!
And you have to love the permanent eyeliner they have. :lol:

I love my beagle too, he was a horrible puppy (he tore latice work off the porch, chewed a hole into our picnic table, pee on my bed, and would chew anything up that touched the ground) But in his old age he has been the best and most loyal dog! And you're right, they are very snamrt. He does everything i ask him to except when I call him to me off the leash. But his nose takes him everywhere. haha.

If I start barking with him Rusty, just gets louder and louder and more excited. haha. It annoys my parents cause I love it when he howls. he hardly barks, just "roos" haha.

Ha ha, thank you. Yes, Ronnie has a very expressive face. If you think beardies can give a good death glare, wait until you see what a hedgehog can do! Kelsey, I have to know... what is "monkey mouth"? :lol:

"Monkey mouth" is a term I learned from the vet I used to work for. haha. That's what he called dogs and cats who had extreme under or over bites. :mrgreen: (I think it's adorable when they do! haha) but yeah I have pretty much say everything has a monkey mouth if their teeth are exposed on a regular basis.

Examples:

Haha. I love it. And I sware I'm gonna steal those hedgehogs. I love them sooooo much. My cousin had one in South Carolina, but GA is lame and they are illegal. bah.

I told Kelsey I'd post more pictures of the frillies once I got them uploaded to my computer and I finally have so here they are. We'd had them for a month or so when these were taken. And please remember these sweet babies are rescues who came to me with a BAD case of photo-kerato-conjuntivitis and couldn't even open their eyes when I got them, they were also malnourished, dehydrated and with the twisted/missing fingers, I suspect well on their way to a case of MBD. These pictures are about a month old and they're looking better than they do in these photos but they still have a bit of recouping to do.
