Hello,
My boyfriend and I recently rescued two adult male beardies and since we only had them for a few months I don't know how there brumation cycles are specific to them. So I'm wondering if one of them is going into brumation. Allan seems to be sleeping a lot more but not straight through the day,he will wake up and look around but doesn't move to much other than back and forth on his branch under the UVB light and Heating light. He also stopped eating his greens which before he always ate, he will eat his bugs though and seems to be very excited about them. I haven't noticed a drop in weight either.
I read not to bother them when they are brumating other than to bath them, but I'm not 100 percent certain if he is or not so I have been giving him a smaller amount of food which he doesn't touch just in case he is not in burmation.
I'm just wondering if anyone can help me out so I don't have to worry.
