Pooping issues

My beardie, Sunflower, hasn't pooped for a few weeks I have her in the bath tub right now. She pooped a lot earlier in the tub but seems like she can't poop right now and i can feel some still in her. Also she is trying to poop but it just won't come out keeping her in warm water massaging her belly any other tips seems like she is in pain trying to poop.

Hi there!

A good thing to do is feed applesauce with no added sugar or baby food (squash, prunes,) through a syringe onto her nose. She'll most likely lick it up, and this should get her tummy moving
