Pointless and sad posts

How funny!! Was he just amazed with it or did he want to eat it? lol
Mom who is afraid to even enter my home anymore because I have a "lizard"! Everyone here knows & agrees that these are our children!!!
I'm glad I'm not the only one who's Mom won't visit anymore because of Sweetie and it's been 1 1/2 years already since we've had her. I just visit Mom & Dad instead but I do take pictures and show them. My mom is the greatest person, would give the shirt off her back & raised 4 very energetic children to adulthood. We all live around Vancouver and get together alot, but still no-one in my family is really interested in Sweetie. They all have to bear looking at pics & take that with a smile. So we get to have our baby to ourselves and visit the rest of the clan beardieless as often as possible. My young nephews & neices, on the other hand, are fascinated about stories about Sweetie. The oldest nephew is 7 and the youngest is 2, and my neices are 4 & 6, so when they're a bit older, I'll probably get them to visit. My family just thinks we're weird to be so attached to a beardie, which is fine. I love them all, even if they have blinders where Sweetie is concerned. My son and d-i-l, who gave her to us, come over often to visit and play with her, so there's that at least. Which is all sad and pointless but wanted to say, momstruges, you're not alone re: family.

My Parents are completely Fascinated by our Nesoberu. They both can tell that he is very smart and inquisitive. the other thing that they like is that he's big enough to handle now without worrying about breaking him. XD
First time I got Dad to hold him he was worried that he would hurt him. I was like that when we got our first one... I was afraid to hold her because she was so small...
But my Boy Neso is getting Big... I really should post some new pictures.

I'm chuckling... I am the mom! I guess the nut doesn't fall far from the tree, because my daughter is nuts about reptiles and amphibians. At present she's trying to talk me into a gecko. I'm trying to talk her into a tarantula, but she says spiders freak her out. I'll have to work on that girl. She won't go camping because of ticks, leaches, and mosquitos, however she loves the roaches we feed to Yoda. :dontknow: I don't know that there's anything she could bring home that would get me spazzed out. Mind you, she hasn't started dating yet... :roll:

I thought that I'd "Pointlessly" share this with everyone. When we got RD "Sadly" we couldn't come up with a name for her so we decided on RD.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
