Plugged Nose?

I've been noticing the past 2 days it looks like Volcano's nose looks like it's plugged up. He's been sitting in his enclosure with his mouth gaping open for extended periods. Does this look like his nose is plugged to anyone:

It's just not like him to sit for long periods of time with his mouth open but he only seems to do it in his enclosure (which has been completely cleaned and sanitized).

It does -- has he recently shedded? You can try and moisten his nose w/ a spray bottle for it to loosen up eventually he will blow it out -- is the other side like that too?

He is going thru a shed now and yes the other side looks the same.
