When should I turn my lites of ATM I turn the UVB on at 6am and turn it off wen it's dark about 7pm and I turn the heat lamp off wen I go to bed and turn it back on the same time as the UVB is that ok coz that is what my pet store man said where I got her from, but he said use oister shels I no in changeing it soon to tiles nice orange 1s from b&q lol

Dragons need 12 hours of light/heat, the times really aren't important as long as they are getting enough sleep. I turn both my lights on at 7am and they both go off at 8pm, no need to turn them off/on at different times.

My lights come on at 8am and go off at 9-9:30pm, depending on how long we cuddle before putting him in his viv. He's always asleep before he goes in his viv anyways...

Yep I run 12s in the summer 6-6 then winter back to 8 hours a day and mine do great! Good luck..

both my lights are on by 7am and off by 9pm. Timers are set for both.

I wake up at the crack of dawn (6:40) to turn on Scorch's lights... and off usually at 8ish.
She's sitting upstairs half asleep right now lol which I don't understand because I accidentally woke us both up an hour late. Haha. Hope she doesn't think she needs to Brumate!
