please help

my dragon is close to 8 months old. he has not been eating alot he is very cold but will not stay on his heat pad and tries to move away from where the light is. when he walks he like stumbles he almost looks drunk i have no clue what is wrong with him. please help i am very worried about him.

What is ur basking temp,cool side temp,warm side temp?what kind of uvb bulb are u using? what are you feeding him?
