I have a 20 gallon to move my 4 week old beardie Batman into. We would really like to use this one as we will have to purchase a larger one in the near future. The problem is: it has a mirror on one of the inside walls which I know is NOT ok. The actual mirror is applied to the outside of the tank. Is there a way that we can remove it ourselves? It seems to be coming off with a lot of scrubbing and hot water but its taking hours of hard labour ;)

If anyone has any suggestions or has had experience with this I'd love some advice. If not, we'll be on our way back out to purchase another enclosure for the little dude :)

Thanks!
Kristine (Proud mommy to Batman!)

you said its on the out side of the tank? if it is glued to it try putting rubbing alcohol in a small tub like thing and soaking it periodically scraping at the corners after about 30 min of it soaking.... is it an actual glass mirror or that's reflective paper like stuff?

It must be the reflective paper stuff since its coming off. It's just happening SO SLOWLY. it's been there for quite a while. I guess we will just keep at it then! Thank you!!

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
