Please help I don't know what to do

Hi everyone,
I have a very lovely bearded dragon called Bo who is (yet again) not moving from the cold end of her viv unless I move her. She is really cold and has not eaten for 3 days now. The last time she did this was 2 weeks ago and the advise given was to remove the male from her viv (he has now been rehomed with my friend). Since then she became very strange and didn't want to be handled. Now she won't move. Any ideas very welcome

Hey can you go over the general set up of your cage and feeding habits
UVB brand?
Basking white light?
Basking SURFACE temps? hot side temps? Cold side temps?
Diet?
What are you measuring temps with?
is it possible getting ready to shed?

Hi thank you for your quick response.
Once we removed the male we got her a new glass viv which after settling in she seemed to enjoy.
She is on calcium sand substrate which I was told is fully digestable. I have a glow light lamp from Exo-terra that holds a ceramic heat lamp. She has an Exo-terra UVB strip light but it doesn't have details on it although it is the right one ( so I was told) her heat lamp reads 35.5 degrees Celsius and the cool end reads 27.5. She has gone off crickets so I was giving her hoppers every day. She refuses to eat veggies of any kind. Hoppers are dusted in calcium dust. She has Fresh water every day. However my husband was told by the pet store we got her from that he could give her an adult locust which she enjoyed but they are large ( larger than the gap between her eyes) she has not shed for a while so this could be it though she has not behaved like this before. She is about 8 months old.

Hi there....your set up looks beautiful, and it's obvious you care for your girl. Here are a few suggestions....the calci sand can definitely cause impaction. I've seen geckos with their entire digestive tract filled with it in a store. So you should replace that with newspaper for now, or non adhesive shelf liner. The dragon needs about 100 F basking area....I'm not sure if you Google celsius to fahrenheit, your temps. are too low. Possibly not, but check on it. Also, they need a bright white light, ceramic heaters are good for night if your house goes below 65 degrees , but not to be used for day. Even a common 75 or 100 watt household bulb, because it's BRIGHT and produces heat will work better. Now, the flourescent bulb in ther U.K. that is recommended is the Arcadia 12%. The one your'e using may not provide proper UVB. And finally, the large locust may have caused impaction. If she doesn't poo, give her warm baths along with veg. or mineral oil, canned pumpkin, prune baby food or applesauce.

That's fab advise. I gave her a warm bath about an hour ago. I have had so many issues with my viv set up. I just keep getting the wrong advise on what to get from the pet store. We spent £300 replacing her viv and it's still not right.

You're welcome....yes, so much conflicting advice, but keep in mind that pet stores, while they do sell useful products, also sell what makes money. Think of it like walking in to a health food store, or a beauty supply. There always seems to be someone eager to sell things that we don't need at all. And it's not always from dishonesty, but just too many things that they themselves have been told are so good for us. So same at the pet stores...just look up + down the aisles, there's lots of useless, even harmful stuff.
