Pink spots??

So my dude is currently shedding his legs, and has been very stressed out unless I'm holding him. Today I noticed he has pinkish orange spots on his feet, and a pink line on his tail. (Ahhh)
-I've had him only 2 months
-he eats like a champ
-hasn't pooped today yet
