Pink scales still

Hi so I posted pictures of my dragons legs that had pinkish scales after his shed came off. They look a lot more pink in person

I had helped with the shed because she seems to be having a really hard time getting it off. I am terrified I ruined her scales forever.

Hi there, that doesn't look like anything's wrong so don't worry . If by chance you pulled some off it MIGHT be slightly irritated so you can put some raw honey on it or Neosporin. One thing to remember, never, ever pull shed off. People that are newer owners get worried when their dragon sheds in stages [ which is normal ] and think that the dragon needs to be helped but they don't. But just do what I suggested, your dragon is fine though. Raw honey is a great wound healer but if you use it be sure there are no loose insects hiding in the enclosure that would be attracted to the honey to munch on.

Yup, just like we said in your last thread, nothing to worry about. If the scales are a little raw they will heal. And don't help them pull shed

Okay thank you! It’s like this on both his front legs so I will check if we have any raw honey.

Thank you so much ? I won’t do it next time. I didn’t realize until both her front legs had pink scales and I freaked out.
