We got him 3 weeks ago today. Besides his tremor issues that started this week, he is a great dragon and very comical. We call him the "little person in our house stuck in a cage"

Here are some pics:
His favorite spot to watch everyone

Him climbing like a mad man ontop of his cactus shortly after a tremor episode

His big shed yesterday(we found the skin like this in the cage):

and him in a tupperware container to see if he would get our crickets that are getting out of our containers

and finally his comfortable cage:

THanks! WE suspect according to Tracie on the ER forum that it is the beginning of calcium deficiency and is set to see the vet. In the meantime he has had additional heat added to his cage and we have a more accurate thermometer for his basking side now (we had stick on dial and got the digital probe for $8 today)
I think he is cute and can't imagine what he will look like when he gets bigger (we saw an 18 mo one at the pet store today)

He is so adorable! :love5:
I'm so glad your getting everything figured out.
You'll have to keep us posted as to how the vet appointment goes.
I suspect that in the morning I'm going to find a piece of skin like the one in that pic, Bender is in a full body shed too, he looked to have a cape when I shut off the light. :)

Thanks (and congrats on zak n wheezie tv star appearances). I am still taking him to the vet tomorrow to have him checked out but only 1 small tremor/twitch yesterday and NONE today.
Where do I find Herptavite I can only find Reptivite in my pet stores! (in the ones that actually carry them!)
I am hoping we can keep him warm enough for the trip tomorrow to the vet (supposed to be snowing in the am and hoping that the girls don't have a 2 hr delay!)

Okay I will post tomorrow about 12 noon EST. I am just concerned about keeping him warm enough. But then again, he got home from the store 3 weeks ago without any problems and it was a lot COLDER than.
Stay tuned. Isn't he a doll though?
Oh and absoluletly NO TREMORS today and eating like a pig!

Awww..poor baby..I'm sorry to hear Hermes has tremors, but I am glad to hear he didn't have any today. Heat packs..they work. LOL. We had an ice storm here in Dec. and that's the only way we could keep our dragon warm with no power for 4 days.
He's soo cute..I hope everything goes well..please let us know.

Thanks everyone. Thanks sespecially to Tracie (drache ) and barbara who weer able to calm us all down about this problem. Which s No longer a problem. He had 0 tremors/shakes yesterday and is doing awesome again today. My husband and I feel that his cage did not have enough eat and nor were we giving him enough calcium. Since dusting 1x/day since talking with Tracie here, he has improved greatly. As Tracie said, we must have caught it in the very early stages.
He is such a cutie! (and my mom must think he is cute because she told me when we were worried that she would spend the $ to get a new one for daughter if something were to happen)
We are still taking him to the vet for peace of mind. I will post after his visit.
And thanks to those that say the heat packs in a dish towel work well we are going to use my rice neck wrap and 2 of them to keep him warm for the trip (and never thought of the heat packs for the cage in case of an electrical outtage =--do you just put them under the reptile carpet to keep it warm? (thinkin ahead since we might be getting a snow/ice storm tonight)
Isn't he a cutie?

What we did was wrapped her & the heat packs up in towels, and then placed her& the towels in her viv. Then she had the option of coming out when she got too hot or going back in when she got too cold.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
