Bud is gorgeous! I love his bright coloring. Where did you get him? Does he have a nice temperment? I've always wanted to own a leatherback just like Bud. Bud is gorgeous! I love his bright coloring. Where did you get him? Does he have a nice temperment? I've always wanted to own a leatherback just like Bud. Thanks for the comments =) I actually got him from Pets Mart! I saw that they had a leather back and I had to get him. Hes the nicest and most curious beardie I have ever seen! I got him at the end of december 2010. He was probably just 3 or 4 weeks old i think. He was pretty small. I have some pics that I can post of him of a little after I got him. I just love his colors. The smaller scales really show detail, kinda like pixles in a picture. the more pixles the more detail =)

The new pictures you posted of Bud today(Oct.2) are adorable and his coloring is so bright! My favorite photo is #15, where he's on the rock sideways, with his white belly showing and his left arm is up. He definitely has a lot of character. It will be interesting to see how big he ends up getting. What was he like when you held him at PetSmart, and did you buy him that same day?

When I saw him at petsmart, I had one of the employees get him out for me, He so tiny and cute! He was pretty active and his eyes were huge haha, His face reminded me of a frog actually haha. But I didnt have the cash to get it. I was there with my Girlfriend and she blabbed about how I wanted it really bad to her mom, and Her mom made us go back there and she bought it for me for my early Xmas gift! Haha I was so happy! :mrgreen:

Oh, and there was a really dark Silkback in there with it. I'm not much of a fan of them, and it seemed kinda sick. Hope it got better!
