Picky Pooper?

I don't know if it is coincidence,
but my girl Mimi only likes to poop under 2 conditions:
1. She is taking a bath (or just in water).
2. I am there.

Ever since we got her she has only pooped in the bath.
She has pooped in her viv ONCE
and at that time she was swimming in her water dish.
She "technically" is my boyfriend's, and thus lives with him.
But she loves me more, she alway bites him.
Recently we noticed that she wont poop for a few days
but when I come over on the weekend the first thing I do
is give her a bath and then she poops.
Maybe it is my insanely awesome toothbrush technique,
or my natural motherly aura,
but im just wondering if this is relatively "normal" behavior.

Naughtica used to only poo in the bath, and it was great!
Ever since I have gotten a new baby beardie, Naughtica has made the effort to poo right next to the rock I made her, and then stare at it until I clean it up.

I liked bath poo's better

From my own experience and reading the board, I think a lot of beardies have a preferred time/place to poop. Grendel is a bath pooper. Maximus has taken to pooping in his food dish after he finishes eating. Since your boyfriend's beardie waits until you're there, I'd take it as a sign of affection. :wink:

I agree with the preferred place. Our BD only poops in one part of the tank. We put a paper-towel in that spot that makes clean up real easy.

Zeus use to poop everywhere but ever since he had impaction due to mealworms ..he only poops in the bath for the past 2 days :?:

my 2 like to poop right on there basking rock. ew they like to be right there with it. i cleant up right when i see it but if i dont it dry's up there next to them.

Yeah, she did it again last night.
She hadn't pooped in like 3 days.
I got to my boyfriends house (where she lives)
and the first thing I did was give her a bath
and she immediately pooped lol
the waxworks I think constipate her : (
