i think this all got a little out of control but i'm happy to hear you've got your worms.

on a side note, i think the word "hate" is really a little strong, its just nice to think about the words first.

Is this HATE Post based on facts or more on part of guilty feelings and disappointments because of unforeseen events? Did the OP check the shipping label when he received his package after "a week"? When phoenixworms.com did really ship his order? if according to their claim that they shipped the same day when they received Omega9401's order and the delay was caused by USPS, and if as Dr.Phoenix mentioned that they did their part in calling and tracking the shipment with USPS I believe Omega9401 should apologize.

I said guilty feelings because, maybe he placed his order too late that he run out of live feeders for his beloved dragon. Now as a defense he blames his guilt trying to make someone look really bad by posting such thread. Very disappointing that this happened and a third party which is USPS is to blame (in a way) but this kind of incidents is not uncommon.

I've had great service from PW.com. My first time ordering, I ordered very small phoenix worm (i wasn't sure what size I should use for my young beardies), and they wrote me an immediate email explaining their size and suggesting at least small worms. So I ordered small ones, and they were just right for my smaller beardie. I've been ordering from them ever since. Thanks Phoenixworms.com! My beardies appreciate your work!!!!

I know and it is to strong but how would you feel if your dragon pretty much spit in your face when offered anything else but pw's but everything is fine now scarlet has her worms

This thread seems like it will not be getting on track for where the OP currently wants it to go, so I am locking it.

I suggest the OP start a topic that actually asks for what was eventually alluded to (an alternate local source for PWs). You can't fault people for offering their views of PW.com, when your initial post was more commentary and opinion and not a request for alternate sources. The subject alone was enough for many of us to know how this thread would end up.

To get the response you seem to want, I suggest keeping your criticisms out of your own thread and sticking to the request of what you are seeking. You will be more likely to get the final answer being sought rather than argumentative posts.
