Panacur dosing?

I have a strong suspicion that Drago and possibly Sezja both have parasites. They are eating fine and the poop isn't especially stinky, but it is a bit loose most of the time and Drago seems to be losing some weight. He has a few wrinkles and both he and Sezja don't seem to be growing the way they were. Because my bf just got a job after being laid off, money is tight, so a vet visit is really only an option for a emergency. Since I have read on here that it is fairly mild on their system and some even use it as a preventative, I ordered some from Beautiful Dragons. My question is about the dosing. I don't have a scale, so have no idea of their weights. Can anyone give me an idea going by size and age?

Ray is 2 yrs old and is about 20"
Drago is 3 months old and about 12.5"
Sezja is 3 months old and about 9"

Thanks for any advice. I also ordered syringes and acidolphis+(sp)
