Overwhelmed by lights!!!!

Hey :)
So I have two bearded dragons that I've had since November. Athena is 7 months (she's only 39 grams because she was just diagnosed with Protozoa.) and the other, Calypso, is 6 months and is HUGE.
I bought two kits at the pet stores one is a 40 gallon and one is a 20 gallon. The 40 gallon is where Calypso is, currently I have 2 small heat lamps in there. There aren't names on them but I know the lights are 75 watts. One is blue and one is normal white. I have a 10.0 reptisun UV-A light in there too. The temps are 100. Athena is in the 20 gallon with a 10.0 reptisun UV-A light and a Exo Terra Sun Glo 150 watt. Her temps stay at 100 on the hot side too.
What can I change to make them feel better? Is that too cool for their basking side or is that okay?
Whats the difference between a blue light and a white light? Whats best?
I am just so confused. I though I could trust the lights in the kits but looking on here, maybe thats not the best choice.
I just want whats best for my babies.
Thank you!

Hi. I know its confusing. There are 2 article on the right tiled newbies guide both explain exactly why, what and how. The blue light needs to go and that'll be explained in those articles. Your a good beardie mom :D

thanks. Do you know the difference between the reptisun 10.0 tube and the reptisun 10.0 HO tube? I feel a little better (I read through the whole thing!) but I am still confused. From what I read, the UVB light is more important that the basking bulb? (there are two choices for the uvb and the article on the basking bulbs just said a bulb with a Kelvin rating over 3000?)

The Ho gives of stronger uvb. Like you can put it on top of the screen and the dragon still will get a good amount of uvb. Where as the regular one there should be nothing between the light and beardie. As for basking light I use a 75 watt halogen flood bulb. You can buy them at any hardware store they are cheaper and last longer.

T5 is 5/8" in diameter and the T8 is 1". The T5 are more versatile in my opinion so if you are buyin new I would get that, but if you have a T8 tube it will work fine.

Hi, I noticed that you mentioned you were using a 150 watt Sun Glo bulb in the 20 gallon tank. That seems like a lot of heat in such a small tank. Could you fill us in on the type of thermometer you're using and where exactly you got the 100 degree reading? Also, what is the temp of the cool side?

Hey :)
I have the lamp suspended from the tank so it's a little ways away from the tank. I have an infared thermometer. I had the Zoo Med temp/humidity gauges in there too, but I guess those are useless?
the cool side is 80

Good that you have a temp gun too. What distance are you holding it from the area you're checking? Yes, the stick-on thermometers can be off 20 degrees or more. Cool side temp is good at 80.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
