over feeding or not?

is feeding 5 - 10 half inch crickets (dusted d3) in the morning, 3-4 half inch silkworms in the evening with a salad ( collards, kale, escarole, carrot, sweet potato,) during the day too much or not enough.

how old is he?

it doesnt sound like you are feeding near enough food

younger ones should be fed however much they want in 15 min 3x a day

adults should only be fed live feeders 2-3 x a week
