We headed out about 6:30am from Fresno. The boys however didn't wake until we were at the grapevine.
Saturday was packed!
We seen a lot of new vendors this year and missed seeing a few that we have seen for the past 5 shows in Anaheim.
Glades Herp Farm partners with the Swamp Brother's which by the way were headliners of this show.
Speaking of the Swamp Brother's I loved listening to the story of how they began interested in reptiles...
Robbie Keszey we had met our first year to Anaheim when the boys were only about 5" to 6" long.
I'm so mad at myself... not because I didn't get their autographs, but because I spaced off getting a pic for the boys scrapbook of them with Zak-n-Wheezie.
Oh, yeah! The asked to shoot some footage of Zak-n-Wheezie an afterwards we had to sign a release form so I think the boys will be on TV again. I hope if so, that if I'm in it, they got me from the chest up only. I was wearing my purse around my neck stuffed with blankies to make like a baby carrier for the boys to ride. I'd forgotten to move my purse when they started shooting.
Some of the Vendors....
It was a pleasure meeting Greathouse Farms
This is lousy photography, but you have to love that smile.

The young men at this booth were really nice and I have to say they have great prices on their supplies. A couple of the young men from this booth have also met Happy and Sleepy before. For those that know me...remember I said that I had heard there was another like the boys in Florida even though I have never been able to find them to speak with their owner Cindy Ward. Happy and Sleepy have however been in the Reptile Magazine so some of you may have seen them before. We also have a member that knows Happy and Sleepy. It was nice to hear something about another that has been around for about the same time as the boys maybe longer I don't know. One of the young men explained to me a little about the split difference....Happy and Sleepy actually are split much farther down than the boys. One of them couldn't get over how big Zak-n-Wheezie's heads are. LOL
One of the highlights to every trip we make to Anaheim is seeing the awesome Dr. Dan Wentz.
We met Dr. Wentz on our very first trip to Anaheim when Zak-n-Wheezie were only 11 weeks old.
He is a treasure to know and just look at that beautiful smile...how could you not love him? That smile is contagious.

An a few of some of the other things we seen...
We also had a great visit with Frank's niece Gail and her boyfriend Chris while we were their...took them to the show on Sunday.
Happy to be going home....us too! We were all exhausted from the trip.
Sorry if I double posted any of them it was a lot of pic's to go thru. I realized not only did I not get a pic of the Swamp Brother's but I also didn't get a pic of the BEAUTIFUL Uromastyx I was awwwing over. ARG!!!! If I would have walked away from the show with a extra pet it would have been him. We were good though...only picked up a few supplies that we needed.
