We havent personally had one yet. Our step son was wanting a skink for the longest time and we ended up finding out about them looking at the different types. They are so far off from a normal skink, and loving the water/vivarium feel of them we've been reading up on them and playing with the idea of getting one. We have planned on doing something different in the living room opposed to a standard fishtank, a water/land with a water fall high humidity type deal with fish, little exotic frogs, exc and are now looking at the crocs. Care seems straight forward, and they were easy to handle, they are a bit small though.
