Optimum Humidity?

I have read that too high a humidity can lead to respiratory problems for beardies. Is there an optimum range at which the viv should be kept so as to minimize the risk of respiratory issues? What are the levels that should not be exceeded (both high and low). While yesterday my viv stayed around 49-50 % humidity, today it is at 60% because it is a very rainy day and I had a window fan on. Is that too high?

humidity will fluctuate no matter what
you will make yourself crazy trying to keep it the same everyday cause no matter what the humidity in the area around them changes and this changes the humidity in their vivs.
35% on the low end and 50% on the high end is a good area to keep it in. 60% for a few hours will not hurt at all. You can bump your temps up some too which will lower the humidity.

Thanks! I wouldn't bother trying to keep humidity at a constant number as I don't have money for a climate controlled viv ; and I know it will fluctuate. I just wanted to know at what point I should worry that it was too high or too low (I.E. if it was 70% for a couple of days now I know that's too high). I wasn't really worried about humidity but was surprised to see it that high in the room. I always thought it was much drier...
