Opeth breathing strange? possible RI?

So I just aquired Opeth the other week. The UPS guy that delivered him was late by 7 hours and I didnt get him until 6:30 pm if I remember right and the guy was a jerk and threw the box on my deck and yelled "Mail!" from the landing and didnt bother knocking or anything. I was so mad when I ran to the door and saw my box that I called the guy an A**hole and I hope he has to work late. He got scarred because I let tes out on the deck and told him to hold (my dog is trained for protection and isnt very good at it lol and hold means to bark for the hell of it in other words speak!) so tesla did what i asked and the UPS guy turned white and jumped off the last of the stairs into his truck. I was very mad and hurried my dog and box into the house. I quickly and carefully opened the box to get Opeth out. I put Opeth in a bath to rehydrate him, he was a very thirsty little dragon! I placed him in his tank after he was nice and dry and left him alone for a bit. The next day I made my rounds with every one and fed and watered and cleaned them. He was hungry and ate alot of veggies and crickets. handled him a little and left him alone. he was doing great however his beard was a little dark but no stress marks. but starting two days ago i noticed that he was breathing kinda funky. it looked like he couldnt get enough air in through his nose. so he was kinda of gulping for air. it happend once then last night he was going to bed after i turned off his lights and i heard a noise and saw him having what looked like a coughing fit and he was shaking his head from side to side. i opened his cage and picked him up. he stopped and was breathing heavy but after a minute he was breathing normal again and was fine so i put him back to bed. this morning i made my rounds and sat down to enjoy my coffee when i heard Opeth coughing again. It wasnt as bad as last night but its worring me. Lady is going for a follow up vet appointment and I'm going to bring Opeth along with me as well as Scylla and Kansas. Scylla and Kansas are going just to compair Lady's size and developement. Hopefully its not an RI. I bought reptaid back in Feb for Kansas and I have given Opeth and the others some incase its contagious whatever iit is the opeth might have gotten on his way here. my other dragons are doing great and have no problems. I will continue with the reptaid for the next couple of days with everyone then see how that goes. but do you guys think that its an R.I? he eats and poops daily and no lack of energy or appitite.

Do you take the temps with a stick on thermometer, a digital thermometer with a wire and a probe end or a temp gun? probe and temp gun. however my dad took my temp gun so i need to by a new one.
Where exactly are you taking your basking temps? on his basking rock where the beam is the strongest

What do you feed your dragon? Please be specific. i feed him dusted crickets, wax worms as treats, mixed greens(collards, mustards, dandilion, turnup, and escarol.
How often do you feed and what time do you feed (morning, afternoon, night)? I feed veggies in the morning and the bugs through out the day usually three times a day a couple hours before bed.
Do you gutload (feed) your crickets, worms, etc? yes
Do you use vitamin or calcium supplements? What brand(s)? How many days a week do you use each of them? reptical six days a week and reptimin once a week
Is your dragon having regular bowel movements (poops)? yes daily
Do you bath your dragon? How often? yes every other day
Do you mist your dragon or offer water other than in the bath? offer fresh water in a bowl daily
Does your dragon share an enclosure with another dragon? no
Have you gotten a vet check and fecal done? not yet will have it done when bring him in with the others
