Only wants snap peas!

Mushu (11 months) has decided that the only veggies he will eat now are snap peas...

Right now my beardie salad is made up of mustard greens, butternut squash, and of course... his snap peas. He used to gobble down his whole salad but now he just picks the peas out and ignores the rest. How can I get him to eat the other parts of the salad? If I don't put peas in there, he won't touch his veggies at all and just lets them dry out. Oh, and bugs are still gobbled down with no problem.

Don't worry to much, the fact the mushu eats greens at all at his age is a blessing in itself. They get bored with things just like we do! He'll be fine.
