one beardie on his belly the other with a weird tail

we have two bearded dragons and they are housed in different tanks and lately dexter has been on the ground and sleeping under his hide. Hes eating, pooping and chasing food just fine but hes just not the same hes . Our other dragons tail is always curving. he sticks it straight up and curves it when hes picked up. sometimes i see his tail curved in sometimes in weird ways. I never see our other dragons tail in weird positions anyone else see this before
