Hi I'm Aaron! I work at PetSmart and go to school at University of Houston! My first ever beardie is arriving tomorrow from Sunshine Dragons in PA around 10:30 am! After months and months of looking at baby beardies on my lunch break, I'm finally getting one of my own and I have to say that I have not been this excited about ANYTHING in a very long time. I'm not sure what colour it will be or the sex but I'm open to all name suggestions, male or female, so please leave me lots of replies! I'm so giddy!

I could hear the excitement in your post. Congratulations on your soon to be beardie!!!
They are awesome pets,which I'm sure you will soon find out.
As far as a name goes, you might want to wait till you see the little guy. Personality and/or color may be your deciding factor on what to name him/her.
Good luck and let us know after you get him.

I've had the set up ready well before Christmas! It looks bare with no little dragon in there

I know exactly how you feel. My 2nd beardie is coming UPS in the next half hour just like yours. I'm going crazy & I can't find my camera. I never lose it! I will be using my cell phone if it does not turn up soon.

Be sure to post some pics when she arrives. We love babies.

:headbang: Congatulations! :headbang: Use the caresheets and this site, as well as cross referencing with others for accuracy. IMO this site is unbeatable for finding info on caring for your dragon. Use that Petsmart connection to get the supplies you need. post some pics when you get him/her. As for names I personally go with obscure ones, like names from mythology or musicians or even foreign pronunciations of more common things. Asian, European, and don't forget Australian, names are unique choices for a beardie. have fun!

Eros just got here yesterday, a whole week and two hours late. He started to shed yesterday and is in full swing shed today so his color isn't really showing through in the pictures but here they are:
