rescuebeardies
Hatchling Member
Hi all! Happy New Years to all of you! I need some info in regards to aging beardies. As many of you already know I rescue unwanted beadies, but ALL of my rescues do not have an exact age when I inquire them. I have been told that many of them are 3 or 4 years old; so I go by that. I guess my question would be, how does one know if a bearded dragon is in its senior years? I have a rescue, who I have had for at least 3 years and he eats and eats but it seems like he isnt gaining any more weight, in fact it looks like he is losing weight (I've noticed this is a short time). This beardie is one that I all my own and one of my success stories. I am new to the ageing beardie process. Any suggestions or advice would be useful to me. Thank you.
