Hello everyone! I'm back on here again, since Meeko's death I have adopted another Sandfire. Not a hypo this time though. Lloyd is a giant, so fat. Cute story on how he got his name, remind me to tell you sometime. (;
Anyways, I've had Lloyd and Fairfax for around 2-3 months. They are around 4-6 months old now I believe. They both eat quite a lot, both crickets and salad. They will eat a good 100 crickets each when I let them. They used to go through a minimum of 400 a week. I cut down on their cricket intake by half to encourage salad eating, which worked(I don't think they even knew what it was for a while there ) but anyways, Lloyd is larger than Fairfax but they're still both small, I think. Fairfax is only... 6 inches from head to tail? Lloyd is about the same but he's fatter and has a larger head. They are kept in separate 10 gallon vivs so do I need to move them into 40 breeders now? Is that what's causing them to slow their growth? Or is something else ailing them?
You all have been very helpful the last times I've posted so thanks in advance!
